Q. Which shipping carriers do you work with?

A. We work with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We are also expanding to more carriers to provide our customers with the best options for shipping service.

Q. Do you do Amazon FBA shipments?

A. Yes we do!

Q. Does using Gorman Haulage require signing a long-term contract?

A. No! There is no commitment. You are free to come and go to accommodate what is best for your business.

Q. What are your hours of operation?

A. Weekdays 8-4 CST, Sat 8-12. Office staff are not available on Saturday.

Q. Can you help me with other projects such as labeling or bundling?

A. Yes, any special request such as bundling and labeling fits under what we call “work orders.”

Q. Do you offer discounted shipping rates?

A. We have strong relationships with major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and Fedex. We have aggressively negotiated rates and will pass the savings onto you.

Q. Can you give me a shipping quote?

A. We can give you an estimated quote based on the size and weight of your products and where they will be shipped.

Q. Do you support custom packaging?

A. Yes! We offer a variety of packaging options. We are also happy to use any branded packaging you supply.

Q. How long does it take for you to receive my products?

A. When we receive your products they will be inspected and counted. After this they will be added to our inventory. All received shipments are checked in within 2-3 business days. Volume and packaging will effect this timeline.

Q. Which e-commerce platforms do you integrate with?

A. We integrate with 81 different ecommerce platforms. Including Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, Shopify, Woocommerce, Bigcommerce, and many more.

Q. What happens if a customer returns a product?

A. We are happy to receive and manage returns for you. We have a few options for how they are processed, and you can select whichever you prefer.

Q. Can I view my inventory?

A. Yes, we use a cutting-edge program that provides you with 24/7 access to your inventory.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept credit card and ACH payments.

Q. Is there a minimum or maximum order volume per month?

A. No, we do not have a minimum or maximum order volume.

Q. Do you offer customer service for our products?

A. We do not provide customer support directly to your customers, however we are happy to work with you to resolve any issues that may arise.

Q. Do you ship on weekends?

A. We ship on Saturday, but not on Sunday.

Q. What if I have a question about billing?

A. Our innovative software allows you access to billing details in real time. You can see details of every charge for every transaction 24/7. If you have additional questions, we are always happy to answer them. .

Q. What makes Gorman Haulage different from its competitors?

A. We are a small warehouse dedicated to providing excellent customer support. With us you will always speak to the same people. You will not be transferred from agent to agent or be on hold for hours. We’re here when you need us.

Q. How are your storage fees calculated?

A. Our storage fees are calculated per pallet. We will store multiple SKUs on one pallet when we can to save on storage fees.

Q. Do I have to use your fulfillment services to store products in your warehouse?

A. No, you do not have to use our fulfillment services. We also provide FBA and other B2B shipping services. Storage fees are discounted for those who use our fulfillment services, as we specialize in fulfillment.

Q. Do you provide 2-day shipping?

A. While our default is to choose the most inexpensive shipping option, we can customize our approach for each customer. If you want to provide 2-day shipping for your customers, we can do that.

Q. How soon will my orders ship?

A. We ship your orders fast! (In fact, it’s been said that we are too efficient!) In most cases we ship the same day the order is placed. The exception to this is orders placed after we are closed.
